Innova Captab's board approved key re-appointments: Vinay Lohariwala as MD, Manoj Lohariwala as Whole-Time Director, and four Independent Directors, all for five years. Statutory, cost, and internal auditors were also re-appointed for the next financial year. The 22nd Annual General Meeting notice was approved.
