Innova Captab Limited — Board Meeting, 25-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Innova Captab's board approved re-appointment of statutory, cost, and internal auditors. MD Vinay Lohariwala and WTD Manoj Kumar Lohariwala were also re-appointed for 5-year terms, alongside four Independent Directors. These appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM for FY26.
