Zuari Industries' board approved FY26 consolidated results: Net Profit of ₹107.96 Cr & EPS of ₹36.25. They declared an interim dividend on preference shares and proposed a final equity dividend of ₹1/share (10%). Mr. Alok Saxena was also re-appointed as Whole Time Director for two years.
