The Board has approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, showing revenue of Rs. 150 Cr and PAT of Rs. 12 Cr. An interim dividend of Rs. 2 per share was declared. A Rights Issue of up to Rs. 200 Cr was approved for working capital and general corporate purposes. Ms. Pooja Sharma was appointed as an Independent Director.
