Icon Facilitators' Board approved its audited financial results for the half-year and year ended March 31, 2026, reporting a yearly revenue from operations of 61.18 Cr and a profit of 2.98 Cr. The company appointed M/s Priyansh Singhal & Associates as its Internal Auditor for the upcoming financial year. Furthermore, the company affirmed no deviation in the utilization of its Initial Public Offer (IPO) proceeds. Out of the 19.11 Cr raised through IPO, 15.74 Cr has been utilized for working capital and general corporate purposes, with the remaining 4.26 Cr temporarily placed in fixed deposits.
