MOS Utility's board approved audited FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹535.24 Cr and PAT of ₹18.53 Cr. Standalone revenue was ₹241.07 Cr, PAT ₹14.87 Cr. Financials included prior period restatements. A new Secretarial Auditor, M/s. Pooja M Patel & Associates, was appointed.
