Rose Merc Limited has signed a non-binding term sheet to acquire a 23.08% stake in ZCLUS India Limited for 18 Cr. This strategic investment involves subscribing to 3,000 equity shares at Rs. 60,000 per share. ZCLUS is an IT services company specializing in ERP, digital transformation, and talent acquisition, with global clients. This acquisition aims to support Rose Merc's upcoming fintech division and other tech support requirements, aligning with its strategic growth objectives. ZCLUS reported provisional turnover of 25.18 Cr for FY2025-26.
