Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 25-05-2026: Record Date

The board has proposed a final dividend of ₹5.20 per equity share (520%) for FY2025-26. This dividend awaits shareholder approval at the upcoming 41st Annual General Meeting. Payment will occur within 30 days of shareholder declaration. This is in addition to the ₹5.40 interim dividend already distributed. A record date will be set after shareholder approval for this final dividend.
