Indo Rama Synthetics' board approved strong Q4 & FY26 consolidated results. FY26 PAT jumped to ₹150.21 Cr vs ₹1.40 Cr, with Q4 PAT at ₹64.13 Cr. No dividend declared for FY26. Internal/Cost auditors appointed/reappointed. AGM scheduled for Sept 8, 2026.
