Amara Raja's Board approved FY26 results, proposing a ₹5.20/share final dividend (total ₹10.60/share). It posted ~₹255 Cr net exceptional gains, mainly from insurance, & invested ₹100 Cr in EV battery arm ARACT. Consolidated net profit was ~₹896 Cr.
