The Board has appointed M/s Apeksha Medatwal & Associates as the new Internal Auditor for Financial Year 2026-2027, taking over from M/s Shreyash Sethiya & Associates. Furthermore, subject to shareholder approval, M/s Agarwal Patel & Sinha! will serve as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, commencing from the 38th Annual General Meeting until the 43rd AGM, replacing M/s S.
