Active Infrastructures approved FY26 consolidated financial results: Revenue ₹96.57 Cr, PAT ₹10.28 Cr. Board proposed a final dividend of Re. 0.50/share (10%). They also approved reallocating IPO funds and increasing investment limits up to ₹200 Cr.
