Insolation Energy Ltd — Important, 25-05-2026: Company Update

Insolation Energy Limited has confirmed no deviation in the utilization of funds raised through its Preferential Issue for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. The company successfully raised 395.19 Crore. Of this, 322.77 Crore was invested in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, for setting up a new unit in Jaipur. The remaining 72.42 Crore was allocated for General Corporate Purposes. This update assures shareholders that the funds are being deployed according to the stated objectives.
