Travel Food Services (TFS) wrapped up FY26 with strong performance. System-wide sales surged 25.4% YoY to ₹ 3,214.4 Cr, while adjusted consolidated PAT jumped 21.5% YoY to ₹ 452.3 Cr. Q4FY26 also showed robust growth despite temporary traffic disruptions.
TFS is expanding its footprint, now operating in 20 airports with 518 QSR outlets and 39 lounges, and a portfolio of 145 brands. Key strategic priorities include optimizing LFL sales, growing presence in existing and new airports like Noida, and expanding its global lounge network in APAC and the Middle East. Technology advancement via the EATS platform is also a focus. Recent wins include contracts at Delhi T1 & T2 and new operations at Cochin and Navi Mumbai airports.
Financially, FY26 consolidated sales hit ₹ 1,647.8 Cr, with EBITDA at ₹ 648.5 Cr (39.4% margin) and PAT at ₹ 452.3 Cr (27.4% margin). EPS grew 23.7% YoY to ₹ 33.4. The company remains debt-free with ₹ 835.6 Cr in cash. Management is optimistic about India's aviation growth, navigating current headwinds with disciplined execution.
