Kalyani Forge reported strong Q4 FY26, achieving its highest profit in ~14 years with an FY26 PAT of ₹9.32 Cr (EPS ₹25.60). Q4 PAT was ₹5.88 Cr (EPS ₹16.17) on revenue from operations of ₹57.00 Cr. The company consistently delivered a 15.2% EBITDA margin for the second consecutive quarter, with Q4 net margin exceeding 10% for the first time. ROCE improved to 18% in Q4 FY26. Growth was notably strong in Passenger Cars, Trucks, and Agro segments, with core exports expanding.

The growth strategy focuses on strong execution, business development, and strategic capital expenditure. Kalyani Forge is optimizing its business mix by moving away from low-margin, non-strategic activities and deepening engagement with high-volume OEM accounts across Engine, Driveline, and Axle components. Inventory was also rationalized by ₹21.7 Cr.

Recent wins include a new xEV high-volume axle business order worth ₹20 Cr annually, along with additional allocations from top customers for core engine business, all set to ramp up from Q1 FY27. This underscores Kalyani Forge's unique position as the only forging company offering a complete suite of Engine, Driveline, and Axle components to OEMs.

Management's FY27 outlook prioritizes profitable growth, improved cash conversion cycles, better capital efficiency, and sustaining EBITDA margins above 15%.
