Magellanic Cloud's board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated financial results. Q4 revenue hit ₹205.55 Cr, PAT ₹29.49 Cr, EPS ₹0.50. FY26 revenue reached ₹697.88 Cr, PAT ₹114.23 Cr, EPS ₹1.95. The company also invested ₹560 Cr in its subsidiary Scandron's rights issue.
