Goodluck India Limited — Board Meeting, 26-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

GOODLUCK's Board approved consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year. It declared a final dividend of Rs 3.00 per share (150%) for FY25-26, pending shareholder approval. New Internal and Cost Auditors were also appointed for FY26-27.
