REDTAPE's board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results, reporting Rs. 240.55 crore profit for the year (Q4: Rs. 69.88 crore). A final dividend of Rs. 2/share was proposed. Shashank Kumar was elevated to VP, Administration.
