Dhunseri Ventures Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 26-05-2026: Dividend

Dhunseri Ventures' Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share for FY26. This dividend, if approved at the upcoming 110th AGM on August 19, will be paid on or after August 21. August 11 is the cut-off date for eligibility. The Board also approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Key re-appointments for Mrs. Aruna Dhanuka as MD and Mr. Sameer Sah as Independent Director were also approved. Additionally, a corporate guarantee of up to Euro 32 million and ₹118 Cr was sanctioned for its subsidiary, Dhunseri Poly Films, for a new BOPET line.
