Dhunseri Ventures' Board approved consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026: Net Profit ₹87.93 Cr on Total Income ₹454.14 Cr. The Board proposed a ₹1.50/share dividend and a corporate guarantee for its subsidiary, Dhunseri Poly Films, up to Euro 32 million and ₹118 Cr for a new BOPET plant.
