Venus Pipes & Tubes delivered a strong Q4 and full-year FY26. Revenue for FY26 reached an all-time high of ₹1,166.8 Cr, up 21.7% YoY. Profit After Tax (PAT) grew 9.7% to ₹101.9 Cr. Q4 revenue rose 17.1% to ₹302.2 Cr, with PAT up 7.2% to ₹25.4 Cr. Growth was broad-based across Seamless and Welded Pipes, driven by robust domestic demand.

A key strategic move is the forward integration into pipe spooling, aiming for higher margins. This is backed by a ₹185 Cr order for SS Spools from a major Data Centre client, supporting a ~₹70 Cr capex for new facilities. All major capacity expansions for Seamless, Welded Pipes, and Fittings are now fully operational, set to drive future growth. The company is also boosting efficiency with a 6.1 MW solar power installation.

Management emphasized FY26 as their best performance yet, focusing on leveraging new capacities and strong demand. They plan to expand product offerings and pivot towards integrated solutions. Cash conversion significantly improved to 59% in FY26, signaling robust future cash flow generation.
