Pakka's board approved raising up to ₹540 Cr via private placement of NCDs for financial restructuring. This includes Junior NCDs (up to ₹324 Cr at 19.40% interest) and Senior NCDs (up to ₹216 Cr at 11.40% interest). The company also plans to withdraw its existing CARE credit ratings.
