Company Board approved raising borrowing & charge limits to ₹2500 Cr each, and Section 185 limit to ₹300 Cr. They also cleared a 1:5 stock split (FV ₹10 to ₹2) and decided to seek fresh nod for ₹1000 Cr fundraising. Continuation of an Independent Director also approved.
