INM's board approved financial results for the half-year & financial year ended March 31, 2026. They proposed a final dividend of Re. 0.50/share. New Company Secretary Mr. Bhavya Shah takes over from Mr. Jatin Amareliya on June 15. Internal & Secretarial Auditors were also re-appointed.
