Camlin Fine Sciences reported FY26 revenue of 1,723.3 Cr, with Q4 FY26 revenue at 424.8 Cr and EBITDA at 21.2 Cr (5.0% margin). Profitability was impacted by rising interest costs, currency fluctuations, and conflict, alongside competition pressing Straights segment prices. The Blends business, however, maintained steady 17% annual growth.

The company is strategically focusing on high-value additives and solutions through forward integration, alongside expanding its natural ingredients portfolio. A key recent development is the acquisition of an ~83.82% stake in Vinpai in Q4 FY26, which contributed 16.5 Cr to Blends revenue. Vinpai diversifies the product range with algae/plant-based functional ingredients, expanding market reach to over 36 countries and boosting R&D. CFS Europe is also being liquidated to cut losses.

Management anticipates improved Vanillin realizations and volumes with the withdrawal of US tariffs. The Blends business expects continued higher growth momentum, with April revenue over 105 Cr. While potential opportunities might arise from Chinese oversupply, lingering conflict situations could challenge growth in early FY27.
