Siemens' Board approved consolidated FY26 results (18 months), proposing a ₹18/share dividend. Q4 revenue grew 14.6% to ₹4,618 Cr, but PAT dipped 9.6% to ₹355 Cr due to higher costs. It also approved Siemens Rail Automation's merger & new directors.
