Bharat Rasayan's board approved Q4 & full-year consolidated results. Net Profit for FY26 stood at ₹145.72 Cr. A final dividend of ₹0.50/share was proposed. Whole Time Director Shri Mahabir Prasad Gupta resigned, and Shri Vikas Gupta was appointed as Additional Director.
