The company's Board approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. Due to a current year loss, the Board decided against declaring any dividend for FY2025-2026. Standalone revenue for the year was 51.75 Cr, with a loss of 0.92 Cr. Consolidated revenue was 59.31 Cr, with a loss of 0.62 Cr, which includes an exceptional impact of 0.79 Cr related to new labor codes. Mr. Ketan Shrimankar was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second two-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Krupal Upadhyay resigned as Company Secretary; Ms. Shruhita Rane has been appointed to the role effective June 1.
