Morepen Laboratories Limited — Board Meeting, 26-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Morepen Labs approved consolidated financial results for FY26 with a net profit of Rs 94.88 Cr. A final dividend of Re 0.20/share was proposed. The board also approved a revised agreement to hive off its Medical Devices business to a subsidiary for Rs 197.10 Cr and re-appointed Cost Auditors.
