Gretex has applied to RBI for approval to acquire 98% equity in NBFC Arpan Tie-Up Pvt Ltd for ₹5.90 Cr. This move expands Gretex's financial services, capital deployment, and credit solutions capabilities. Arpan's turnover was ₹0.63 Cr (FY25) and ₹0.72 Cr (FY24).
