MCON Board approved financial results for FY26: Revenue ₹65.24 Cr, PAT ₹3.04 Cr, EPS ₹4.15. The board also appointed Patkar & Pendse as new Statutory Auditors for 5 years, and re-appointed Secretarial and Internal Auditors for FY27.
