TCI Express reported FY26 consolidated net sales of ₹1,237.41 Cr, net profit ₹85.81 Cr. Board re-appointed MD, added two independent directors, formed an Executive Committee. 46,200 stock options issued at ₹250. A ₹51.36 Cr GST demand remains under appeal.
