Kesoram Industries' board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results. Q4 net profit hit ₹31.07 Cr (EPS ₹1.00), largely due to an impairment reversal. However, the company posted a net loss of ₹88.13 Cr (EPS ₹-2.84) for the full year. The 107th AGM is set for Aug 18, 2026.
