Beardsell's board met, approving Q4 FY26 consolidated profit of ₹1.87 Cr (₹11.43 Cr for FY26) on ₹75.42 Cr revenue (₹275.04 Cr for FY26). They proposed a final dividend of ₹0.10/share and will explore relocating their Turbhe manufacturing facility for efficiency and expansion.
