Tridhya Tech's board approved audited consolidated financial results for FY26: revenue at ₹35.49 Cr & profit at ₹0.68 Cr. H2 FY26 profit jumped to ₹2.82 Cr. The company is also planning to divest its stake in Tridhya Tech GMBH.
