ELGI EQUIPMENTS reported Q4 consolidated sales of 1,113 Cr (+12%) and PAT of 128 Cr (+25%). FY26 consolidated sales grew 13% to 3,951 Cr, with PAT at 430 Cr (+23%). The board proposed a ₹2.70/share dividend and approved director changes. Q1 outlook remains positive.
