Elgi Equipments Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 27-05-2026: Record Date

ELGI Equipments' board has approved a final dividend of ₹2.70 per equity share for FY26. The Record Date for determining shareholder eligibility for this dividend is July 17, 2026.
