Bajel Projects' board approved annual consolidated profit of Rs 20.77 Cr and proposed a Rs 0.60/share final dividend. Borrowing limits will expand from Rs 3,500 Cr to Rs 5,000 Cr. Ms. Amee Joshi appointed Company Secretary; Mrs. Pooja Bajaj joined as a Non-Executive Director.
