AKG Exim approved its annual financial results. The company will diversify into Media business, film production, and distribution, pending necessary approvals. Two subsidiaries, ASRI Trade Pte. Ltd. and BKS Metalics Pvt. Ltd., are no longer part of the company. A new director joined the promoter group.
