ELGI EQUIPMENTS' board has announced a meeting where it approved consolidated financial results for Q4 & FY26. Full-year revenue hit ₹3950.7 Cr, with Net Profit at ₹430.2 Cr. A dividend of ₹2.70 per share (270%) was also approved.
