NINtec Systems' board approved audited consolidated financial results for FY26: Revenue at ₹170.17 Cr and Net Profit at ₹32.01 Cr. EPS was ₹17.23. The board also appointed Ms. Zalak Chokshi as the Internal Auditor for FY27.
