Century Enka Limited — Investor Meet, 27-05-2026: Analysts/Institutional Investor Meet/Con. Call Updates
Century Enka delivered strong Q4 FY26 results with operating revenue up 9% YoY to Rs. 484 Cr, EBITDA up 530% to Rs. 55 Cr, and PAT up 479% to Rs. 39 Cr. This growth was driven by higher sales volumes and effective pass-through of raw material cost increases, leading to improved operating margins.
The company expects commercial sales from its Polyester Tire Cord Fabric (PTCF) project in FY27. A CAPEX of over Rs. 100 Cr for FY27 will focus on value-added products, Mother Yarn capacity expansion, and efficiency improvements. Renewable energy contributions are set to increase from 36% to 48%, further reducing power costs. Management is cautiously optimistic, revising the operating margin outlook to 7-10%, with a favorable anti-dumping ruling on nylon filament yarn imports.
