Juniper Hotels reported strong FY26 performance, with Q4 revenue hitting a record INR 306.8 Cr. Full-year revenue crossed INR 1,000 Cr (+11% YoY), achieving its sixth consecutive PAT positive quarter. EBITDA margin expanded 400bps to 42%, driving 99% PAT growth to INR 141.6 Cr. Domestic demand and rising average room rates were key drivers.

The company plans significant growth, expanding its portfolio from 1,895 to over 3,320 keys by FY30. New projects include a 500-key luxury hotel near Delhi Airport and the Westin Bangalore (238 keys) opening Q2 FY27. Total capex of INR 1,800 Cr is planned by FY30, with peak debt below 2.5x EBITDA by FY28. Management remains confident in market demand.
