    Hikal Ltd. reported Q4 consolidated net profit of ₹14.4 Cr, but a full-year loss of ₹48.8 Cr, mainly due to ₹85.1 Cr exceptional items. The Board proposed a final dividend of ₹0.40/share (total FY26: ₹0.60/share) and appointed Sandip Parikh as Independent Director.
