    Hikal's Board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results. FY26 saw a ₹48.8 Cr loss, impacted by a ₹47.1 Cr impairment & exceptional items. A final dividend of ₹0.40/share was proposed, taking total FY26 dividend to ₹0.60/share. Mr. Sandip Parikh appointed as Independent Director.
