Varroc Engineering Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 27-05-2026: Dividend

The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share for FY26. The record date for this dividend is August 7, 2026. If approved by shareholders at the 38th Annual General Meeting on August 20, 2026, the payout will be made within 30 days. The company also approved its audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, with standalone net profit at Rs. 288.19 Cr and consolidated net profit at Rs. 229.83 Cr. Additionally, shareholders will vote on enabling fund-raising via NCDs up to Rs. 500 Cr and increasing borrowing limits to Rs. 3,000 Cr.
