IMFA has set July 31, 2026, as the record date for its final dividend for FY26. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for the dividend, subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 4, 2026. This record date also determines eligibility for participating in the AGM. The share transfer books will be closed from August 1 to August 4, 2026.
