IndoStar Capital Finance Limited — Results, 27-05-2026: Financial Results Updates

IndoStar Capital Finance has announced results from its board meeting, approving the financial results for the quarter and financial year. The company reported a net loss of Rs 423.96 Cr for the quarter, but a net profit of Rs 130.20 Cr for the full year, significantly boosted by a Rs 1,175.95 Cr exceptional gain from a subsidiary divestment. Gross NPAs stood at 4.77% and Net NPAs at 2.09%, with a provision coverage ratio of 57.40%. The company increased provisions by Rs 326.13 Cr, including a Rs 49 Cr management overlay for macroeconomic uncertainties. Recently raised Rs 500 Cr through NCDs for onward lending.
