    IndoStar Capital Finance's board approved audited consolidated financial results for FY26. A substantial Rs 1175.95 Cr gain from divesting Niwas Housing Finance propelled full-year profit to Rs 140.45 Cr. Net NPA improved to 2.09%, while provision coverage rose to 57.40%.
