    Asahi India Glass (AIS) has announced a board meeting. The board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated financial results, with FY26 Net Profit at ₹345.06 Cr. A dividend of ₹2 per share was also proposed for shareholders. Auditors gave an unmodified opinion.
